Hierarchy-aware Human Action Recognition from Human Pose
Learning representations of human actions from skeleton sequences, using hyperbolic geometry and hierarchy-aware learning.

Senior Software Engineer.
Computer Vision & Machine Learning.
I’m Alexander Schwer, a Senior Software Engineer in Computer Vision at ImFusion in Munich. I develop software for image analysis and processing, combining mathematics, computer vision, and machine learning.
My work includes image segmentation, registration, surface reconstruction, and human pose estimation.
Alongside my professional work, I studied mathematics at the Technical University of Munich from 2021 to 2026. My mathematics studies focused on theory, with an emphasis on abstract concepts, rigorous proofs, and mathematical foundations.
